Shipping Policy

At Morgan's Auto Trim, we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and cost-effective as possible.

• Checkout freight rate (contiguous 48 United States): At checkout, freight shipping shows as residential freight $695 (includes liftgate). This is the rate charged at checkout for standard residential delivery.

• Commercial / dock freight ($495): Available after we verify a loading dock (or equivalent commercial receiving). Once verified, we tag your account dock-verified. When you log in at checkout, an automatic $200 Commercial dock shipping credit applies (net $495 vs $695 residential). Commercial and residential rates are not both offered as open checkout choices for everyone.

• How to qualify for the dock rate: Contact us at 1 (865) 556-9999 or through our Contact page → we verify your commercial receiving / loading dock with our team (Matt/CS) → we tag you dock-verified → log in at checkout → the $200 credit applies automatically.

• Free local pickup: Available at our shop in Lenoir City, TN at no charge.

• Freight / LTL Shipments: Due to the size and weight of many of our products, most orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

• Delivery Information:

  • Freight carriers deliver curbside only (or to dock when commercial delivery is arranged). It is the customer's responsibility to move the product from the curb to the desired location.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the shipment.

  • Additional services such as inside delivery may be available at an extra cost. Please contact us before placing your order if these services are required.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped once production is complete. Lead times vary depending on the item and customization selected. You will receive tracking and carrier details once your order has shipped.

• Damage / Loss: Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered.
