Free Shipping: All orders shipping within the contiguous 48 United States include free standard shipping.

Freight / LTL Shipments: Due to the size and weight of many of our products, most orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

Delivery Information:

Freight carriers deliver curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the product from the curb to the desired location.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the shipment.

Additional services such as liftgate delivery or inside delivery may be available at an extra cost. Please contact us before placing your order if these services are required.

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped once production is complete. Lead times vary depending on the item and customization selected. You will receive tracking and carrier details once your order has shipped.

Damage / Loss: Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered.
