Build and lead time

Because each order is custom, items ship once production is complete. Lead times vary with the product and the options you pick. You will receive tracking and carrier details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

Seats, headliners and complete interior packages travel by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight because of their size and weight. Choose your delivery location in the builder so we send the right truck.

• Residential — $695. Includes a liftgate. Choose this for a home address, or anywhere without a dock or forklift. This is the rate shown at checkout by default.
• Commercial / loading dock — $495 net. For a business address with a dock or forklift on site. Call us first so we can verify the receiving location; we then tag your customer account dock-verified, and a $200 commercial dock credit applies automatically when you are signed in at checkout.
• Local pickup — free. Collect it yourself from our shop in Lenoir City, TN. If you choose local pickup in the builder you must also select “Pickup” at checkout — picking a shipping method there will charge freight.

If you select Commercial and the address turns out to be residential, or the truck cannot unload without a liftgate, any additional carrier charges (liftgate, reconsignment, redelivery or storage) are yours.

Delivery day

• Freight carriers deliver curbside only, or to the dock where commercial delivery has been arranged. Moving the shipment from the curb to its final location is the customer’s responsibility unless other services are arranged in advance.
• Someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
• Inside delivery and similar services may be available at extra cost — ask us before you order.
• Inspect everything before you sign. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Every item is made to order and tailored to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Please review your colours, fitment and options carefully before you check out. Not sure about a colour on screen? Order a sample kit first — leather looks different in your own light.

Not ready to order?

Use Save Progress, Finish Later in the builder. Your build is saved to your account, you get a link to it, and you can come back, add other pieces to the same build, or hand it to us to finish.
